ElectraNet Contingent Project Application - Invitation for Submissions

On 11 February 2011 the AER received an application from ElectraNet, the South Australian electricity transmission network service provider, requesting approval to amend its current revenue determination to meet the additional cost of the Munno Para Reinforcement project. ElectraNet’s application is attached and is available on the AER’s website.

The application is being considered in accordance with ElectraNet’s 2008-09 – 2012-13 transmission network revenue cap (April 2008).

Interested parties are invited to make submissions on the application. Submissions can be sent electronically to AERInquiryaer [dot] gov [dot] au (AERInquiry[at]aer[dot]gov[dot]au) , or alternatively mailed to:

Unless confidentiality is requested submissions will be publicly available on the AER’s website. If you wish to include information that is confidential it should be clearly marked as such. A statement providing reasons for the confidentiality claim should also be submitted.
