On 19 October 2022, the Australian Energy Regulator (AER) accepted an application from Elanor Funds Management Limited ATF Tweed Heads Property Trust (Elanor Funds) for an individual exemption from the requirement to hold a retailer authorisation under the National Energy Retail Law for Tweed Mall, Corner of Wharf and Bay Street Tweed Heads, NSW 2485 Australia.
Submissions were invited from interested stakeholders on Elanor Funds Management Limited ATF Tweed Heads Property Trust's application and closed on 16 November 2022. No submissions were received.
