The AER has released a draft access arrangement guideline for comment. This document is available on the AER’s website.
The AER has developed the draft access arrangement guideline to assist service providers and other interested parties in the context of the AER’s assessment of the access arrangement proposals for gas pipelines under the National Gas Law and National Gas Rules.
The draft access arrangement guideline replaces the ACCC’s access arrangement process guideline which was prepared in relation to the former National third party access code for natural gas pipeline systems.
