On 17 May 2017, the Australian Energy Regulator (AER) accepted an application for an individual exemption from Body Corporate for Space the Residence CTS34806 from the requirement to hold a retailer authorisation under the National Energy Retail Law for 45 The Esplanade QLD.

We are now seeking submissions from interested stakeholders on Body Corporate for Space The Residence CTS 34806's application by Thursday 15 June 2017. Submissions should be emailed “Attention: Sarah Proudfoot, General Manager, Retail Markets Branch” at AERExemptions

We will take into account submissions in deciding whether or not to grant Space The Residence CTS 34806's application.
