On 17 May 2017, the Australian Energy Regulator (AER) accepted an application from Body Corporate for The Pinnacles Caloundra CTS 33776 for an individual exemption from the requirement to hold a retailer authorisation under the National Energy Retail Law for 42 Canberra Terrace QLD.

Invitation for submissions

We are now seeking submissions from interested stakeholders on Body Corporate The Pinnacles Caloundra CTS 33776's application by Thursday 15 June 2017. Submissions should be emailed “Attention: Sarah Proudfoot, General Manager, Retail Markets Branch” at AERExemptionsataer [dot] gov [dot] au (AERExemptions[at]aer[dot]gov[dot]au (link sends e-mail)) with the following title in the email: Body Corporate for The Pinnacles Caloundra CTS 33776 - 42 Canberra Terrace - application for an individual exemption.

We will take into account submissions in deciding whether or not to grant Body Corporate for The Pinnacles Caloundra CTS 33776's application.
