On 4 November 2019, the Australian Energy Regulator (AER) approved an electricity retailer authorisation application from Balance Commodities and Energy Pty Ltd (BCE) under the National Energy Retail Law (Retail Law).
The AER sought submissions from interested stakeholders. Consultation on the application closed on Friday 24 May 2019. No submissions were received.
