On 28 April 2022, the Australian Energy Regulator (AER) accepted an application from Australian Unity Retirement Living Services Limited (Australian Unity) to cancel (repeal) an individual exemption for the sale of electricity at Lifestyle Manor Bondi, 24-32 Flood Street, Bondi NSW. Australian Unity requests the cancellation of exemption on the grounds that it no longer owns or operates Lifestyle Manor Bondi and does not sell electricity at the site. Since 14 February 2022, CHC LMB Operations Pty Ltd has assumed this role for the site.
