On 6 October 2009, the AER received an application from the APA Group requesting approval to pass through costs associated with an insurance event, which occurred on the Directlink transmission asset.
The application, including a notice of proposed pass through, is made in accordance with the pass through rules of the AER’s 2006 revenue cap decision for Directlink. The revenue cap decision containing the pass through rules for Directlink is available at the AER’s website.
The application from the APA Group, including the notice of proposed pass through is attached below. The AER will assess the application and supporting material under the Directlink pass through rules.
Interested parties are invited to make written submissions on the APA Group’s pass through application by close of business Friday, 23 October 2009. Submissions may be sent electronically to aerinquiry
