On 21 July 2008, Central Ranges Pipeline Pty Ltd (CRP) sought AER approval of proposed amendments to its distribution access arrangement under rule 27(5) of the National Gas Rules (NGR).
The AER has approved a variation in CRP’s distribution tariffs and ancillary charges for 2008-09. The amendment is effective 1 September 2008. The AER did not approve the proposed administrative change regarding the notification date of annual tariff variations.
