Amadeus Gas Pipeline - revised access arrangement proposal

On 27 May 2011 N.T. Gas Pty Limited (NT Gas) submitted its revised access arrangement proposal for the Amadeus Gas Pipeline (AGP) for the period 1 July 2011 to 30 June 2016.

The revised access arrangement proposal is submitted in response to the AER’s draft decision on the access arrangement for the AGP issued on 21 April 2011.

Submissions

Interested parties are invited to provide written submissions to the AER on the revised access arrangement proposal and the AER’s draft decision. Submissions close on 24 June 2011.

The AER prefers that all submissions be publicly available to facilitate an informed and transparent consultative process. Submissions will be treated as public documents unless otherwise requested. Parties wishing to submit confidential information are requested to:

• clearly identify the information that is the subject of the confidentiality claim; and 
• provide a non-confidential version of the submission.

All non-confidential submissions will be placed on the AER's website.
