On 6 February 2015, the Australian Energy Regulator (AER) granted an individual exemption to AGL Energy Services from the requirement to obtain an electricity retailer authorisation under the National Energy Retail Law.
The AER sought public submissions on the AGL Energy Services application for an individual exemption. Consultation on the application closed on 31 October 2014. No Submissions were received.
