On 17 August 2015 the AER published its latest Quarterly compliance report: National Electricity and Gas Laws.
The report summarises the AER's compliance monitoring and enforcement activities in the wholesale electricity and gas markets during the April-June 2015 period. It provides an overview of the results of investigations, compliance audits and projects undertaken during the quarter.
