On 19 March 2009, the AER released its draft decision on the interval meter reassignment requirements, which establish the customer notification and information requirements on distributors before they can reassign customers (who consume less than 20MWh per annum of electricity) to a time of use network tariff, following the installation by the distributor of an interval meter under the AMI rollout.
Submissions to the draft decision are requested by 10 April 2009 and can be sent to aerinquiry
