On 12 February 2013 the AER published a discussion paper on the formulae to apply to direct control services in NSW and the ACT.
Invitation for submissions
Interested parties are invited to make written submissions to the AER regarding this paper by close of business, 20 February 2013.

Parties wishing to submit confidential information are requested to:
- clearly identify the information that is the subject of the confidentiality claim; and
- provide a non-confidential version of the submission
