AER publishes submissions on its Rate of Return consultation paper

The Australian Energy Regulator (AER) has now published all stakeholder submissions on our rate of return consultation paper. This includes a supplementary submission we requested from the Energy Networks Association (ENA). The original ENA submission and its attachments were substantial. The supplementary submission guides stakeholders to the key elements of the ENA’s submission. All submissions can be found by expanding the “Initiation” section of the Rate of return guideline web page.

The AER is committed to keeping stakeholders well informed on our work in the Better Regulation program.
