Jemena Gas Network has submitted a gas access arrangement revision proposal (Proposal) for its NSW distribution network to the Australian Energy Regulator (AER) for the period 1 July 2015 to 30 June 2020, pursuant to its obligations under rule 52 of the National Gas Rules (NGR).
The AER has publicly released the Proposal for consideration and comment by interested parties. The Proposal can be accessed on Jemena Gas Networks website.
Invitations for submissions
The AER is seeking submissions from interested stakeholders for consideration in making its draft decision on the Proposal.
Submissions should be sent electronically to Jemena2014GAARaer [dot] gov [dot] au (Jemena2014GAAR[at]aer[dot]gov[dot]au) by 5pm AEST on Monday 18 August 2014.

Interested stakeholders should refer to the AER’s Access Arrangement Guideline for further details on the AER’s access arrangement review process.
The AER may, but need not, consider a submission it receives after the consultation period has ended.
The AER prefers that all submissions be sent in an electronic format in Microsoft Word or other text readable document form and publicly available, to facilitate an informed, transparent and robust consultation process.
Accordingly, submissions will be treated as public documents and posted on the AER's website, unless prior arrangements are made with the AER to treat the submission, or portions of it, as confidential. Those wishing to submit confidential information are requested to:
- clearly identify the information that is the subject of the confidentiality claim; and
- provide a non-confidential version
