The Australian Energy Regulator (AER) will undertake compliance checks of the tariff variation notice and proposed network charges submitted by the gas network business Evoenergy.
The compliance checks will ensure consistency against Evoenergy’s five-year access arrangement determination. Following these checks, we will publish the approved 2025–26 tariff variation notice and network charges, including a Statement of Reasons outlining our decision.
We will receive and assess tariff variation notices for the remaining South Australian, Victorian, Northern Territory and Queensland gas network businesses in the coming weeks. In addition, Jemena Gas Networks’ (New South Wales) tariffs will be set as part of the AER’s five-year access arrangement determination for the 2025–30 regulatory period.
