We have published the ACT and Victorian gas distributor annual tariff variation notices and their proposed network charges for 2024–25.
We will now undertake compliance checks of the proposals against each distributor’s five-year access arrangement.

Other Victorian gas distributors (Australian Gas Networks and AusNet Services) will submit tariff variation notices by 18 April.
Once we are satisfied the proposals are compliant, we will publish the approved 2024–25 tariff variation notices and network charges as well as a Statement of Reasons for each distributor.
