The Australian Energy Regulator (AER) has released its final decision on the application made by Moranbah North Coal Mine NSP requesting that the AER not classify its distribution service under clause 6.2.1(c) of the National Electricity Rules (NER).
The AER’s final decision is not to classify the distribution service provided by Moranbah North Coal Mine NSP and consequently the distribution service will not be regulated under chapter 6 of the NER.
