The Tariff Structure Statement proposal submitted by Energy Queensland on 31 January 2019 did not include important detail. On May 2, 2019 Energy Queensland provided additional information, including detail regarding network tariffs, tariff structure and assignment arrangements, along with some impact analysis for small customers. We have published the new information on the proposal pages of our website for Energex and Ergon Energy. Energy Queensland has also agreed to provide additional information in relation to large customers, which we will publish once available.
As a result of the new information, we are extending the due date for submissions to Energy Queensland’s regulatory proposals from 16 May 2019 to 31 May 2019. Further, we will be conducting stakeholder roundtables in Cairns and Townsville on 20 and 21 May respectively.
