The Australian Energy Regulator (AER) has released its final decision on Jemena Gas Networks (JGN) access arrangement proposal for the NSW gas distribution networks. The AER’s final decision approves network charges and the terms and conditions of access for the NSW gas distribution networks for the 1 July 2010 to 30 June 2015 period.
The AER’s final decision does not approve JGN’s revised access arrangement proposal including the access arrangement information. The final decision outlines the revisions required to the revised access arrangement proposal and the access arrangement information. The revisions are contained in the AER’s access arrangement proposal and the access arrangement information which form the annexure to the final decision.
The AER intends to make a decision on its access arrangement proposal and publish the approved access arrangement by the end of June.
