The Australian Energy Regulator (AER) has released its final decision on the access arrangement for the Amadeus Gas Pipeline (AGP) to apply from 1 August 2011 to 30 June 2016.
The AER’s final decision is to not approve the revised access arrangement proposal submitted by NT Gas for the AGP. Instead, the final decision outlines the revisions required to the access arrangement, including the reference tariffs and terms and conditions.
The AER intends to approve and publish its own access arrangement by the end of July.
