The Australian Energy Regulator (AER) has released its draft decision on the access arrangement proposal submitted for Envestra Limited’s South Australian gas network for the period 1 July 2011 to 30 June 2016.
The AER has not accepted the access arrangement proposal. The draft decision requires Envestra to revise its access arrangement proposal. Envestra has until 23 March 2011 to submit its revised proposal to the AER.
The AER’s media release for Envestra provides further information regarding the impact on network charges. This can be found on the AER’s website.
