The Australian Energy Regulator (AER) has published its decision to approve the access arrangement (including the terms and conditions and access arrangement information) drafted by the AER for the Amadeus Gas Pipeline for the period 1 August 2011-30 June 2016. The approved access arrangement (and associated access arrangement information) is published with this decision.
The decision gives effect to the AER's proposed revisions to NT Gas Pty Limited's access arrangement proposal set out in the AER's final decision of 20 July 2011. The decision identifies any amendments required to correct for errors in the AER's final decision. These amendments have been incorporated in the access arrangement (including the terms and conditions and access arrangement information) published with this decision.
