On 3 April 2025, the Australian Energy Regulator (AER) approved South Street Energy Pty Ltd’s application for an individual exemption.

The applicant’s exemption from the requirement to register as a network service provider and the operation of Chapter 5 of the NER has now come into effect.

On 16 January 2024, the Australian Energy Regulator (AER) approved BAEV - LaSalle Bonnyrigg Plaza Pty Ltd’s application for an individual exemption.

On 8 November 2023, the Australian Energy Regulator (AER) accepted an application from Region RE Limited for an individual exemption from the requirement to hold a retailer authorisation for Sturt Mall Shopping Centre, 135 Baylis Street, Wagga Wagga NSW 2650.

On 05 January 2024, the Australian Energy Regulator (AER) approved BAEV - LaSalle Bonnyrigg Plaza Pty Ltd’s application for an individual exemption from the requirement to hold a retailer authorisation under the National Energy Retail Law at Bonnyrigg Plaza, 100 Bonnyrigg Avenue, Bonnyrigg NSW 2177.

On 20 July 2023 the AER accepted an application from Daniel Joll for an individual exemption from the requirement to hold a retailer authorisation for 12 Wattle Road, Rothwell QLD 4022.

On 4 September 2023, the Australian Energy Regulator (AER) approved Volt Advisory Group Pty Ltd’s application for an individual exemption from the requirement to hold a retailer authorisation under the National Energy Retail Law.

The AER approved Charter Hall Holdings Pty Limited’s application for individual exemption from the requirement to hold a retailer authorisation under the NERL.
