The Registrant’s exemption from the requirement to hold a retailer authorisation under the National Energy Retail Law is no longer in effect. The exemption is provided for in the AER's Exempt Selling Guideline and is subject to a number of conditions attached to the R8 class exemption.

Applicable conditions for class exemptions
The R8 class exemption applies to energy sales under PPA agreements to commercial customers, and to residential customers where the duration of the PPA is less than 10 years and the customer is able terminate the agreement early.
The Registrant confirms they will only offer PPAs to residential customers - All PPAs will have terms of less than 10 years and early customer termination provisions.
On 21 August 2024, the AER received notice of cancellation for this registration due to erroneous registration.
