The Applicant's exemption from the requirement to hold a retailer authorisation under the National Energy Retail Law has now come into effect. The exemption is provided for in the AER's Exempt Selling Guideline and is subject to a number of conditions attached to the R2 class exemption.
From 7 September 2021, exemptions for this site were registered by Buderim Management Pty Ltd / ACN 642 725 442.
