Cape Byron Management Pty Ltd - Broadwater power station and sugar mill retail exemption

The Applicant's exemption from the requirement to hold a retailer authorisation under the National Energy Retail Law has now come into effect. The exemption is provided for in the AER's Exempt Selling Guideline and is subject to a number of conditions attached to the R5 class exemptions.
