The Applicant's exemption from the requirement to hold a retailer authorisation under the National Energy Retail Law has now come into effect. The exemption is provided for in the AER's Exempt Selling Guideline and is subject to a number of conditions attached to the R1, R2 and R5 class exemptions.

On 16 December 2019 the registrant advised that this exemption is no longer required.
