The Registrant's exemption from the requirement to hold a retailer authorisation under the National Energy Retail Law has now come into effect.

On 4 September 2023, the Australian Energy Regulator (AER) approved Volt Advisory Group Pty Ltd’s application for an individual exemption from the requirement to hold a retailer authorisation under the National Energy Retail Law.

The Registrant's exemption from the requirement to hold a retailer authorisation under the National Energy Retail Law has now come into effect. The exemption is provided for in the AER's Exempt Selling Guideline and is subject to a number of conditions attached to the R2 class exemption.
