Minutes of pre-determination conference

The AER held a pre-determination conference for its draft decision on the ElectraNet transmission determination for the period 2008–09 to 2012–13 in Adelaide on Tuesday 11 December 2007.

The purpose of the pre-determination conference was for the AER to explain the draft decision and to receive oral submissions from interested parties.

Interested parties were invited to comment on the AER’s draft decision and/or ask questions at the pre-determination conference.
