On 12 October 2007 SP AusNet submitted a revised revenue proposal, pricing methodology and negotiating framework in response to the AER's draft decision on its electricity transmission determination for the period 1 April 2008 to 21 March 2014.
Issues regarding this revised proposal, or the AER's draft decision and consultants' reports, can be addressed in written submissions to the AER by 14 November 2007.

The AER prefers that all submissions be publicly available to facilitate an informed and transparent consultative process. Submissions will be treated as public documents unless otherwise requested. Parties wishing to submit confidential information are requested to:
- clearly identify the information that is the subject of the confidentiality claim; and
- provide a non-confidential version of the submission.
All non-confidential submissions will be placed on the AER’s website.
