On 4 November 2019, the Australian Energy Regulator (AER) approved an electricity retailer authorisation application from Y.E.S. Energy (SA) Pty Ltd (Y.E.S. Energy) under the National Energy Retail Law (Retail Law).
The AER sought submissions from interested stakeholders. Consultation on the application closed on Wednesday 31 July 2019. No submissions were received.
