The APA Group has requested an extension of time for the submission of the revised Moomba to Sydney access arrangement for 2009-2014 which is due to be submitted to the ACCC on 30 June 2008. The ACCC is currently considering this request. A copy of the APA Group's letter seeking this request is available from the AER's website.
